    Terms and Conditions for Kildare Village vouchers

  • Participants of the Competition shall be current Avantcard DAC customers.
  • Competition closes at 23.59 on 30 November 2017 and all entries must be received by Avantcard DAC on or before this date in order to be eligible for entry into the Competition. Entry shall be via online form only.
  • Entrants are required to fully complete the entry form with their answer and must agree to electronic communications in the future.
  • Your personal data that is collected by Avantcard DAC as part of the Competition shall: (i) only be used for the purposes of the Competition and updating your Avantcard account with your up-to-date personal data; and (ii) be held and processed in accordance with Avantcard DAC’s Terms and Conditions and data protection law.
  • Customers can only enter the Competition once.
  • The winners will be notified via email or phone, at Avantcard DAC’s discretion. A winner will have 3 days to accept the winning vouchers after which time a winner’s entitlement to the vouchers will lapse, save where Avantcard DAC determines otherwise.
  • By entering the Competition, participants thereby consent to their name and county being published. Moreover, participants expressly acknowledge and agree that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorse or administered by, or associated with the owner of Kildare Village.
  • The redemption, sale, transfer, exchange or other use of any vouchers issued by Avantcard DAC and/or Kildare Village pursuant to the Competition is subject to Kildare Village’s terms and conditions as they apply to the redemption, sale, transfer, exchange or other use of those vouchers (if any).
  • Avantcard DAC having its registered office at Dublin Road, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim is the promoter of the Competition. Nothing contained herein operates so as to create a partnership or any other relationship of principal and agent between Avantcard DAC and the owner of Kildare Village.
  • Participants must be aged 18 or over.
  • The decision of Avantcard DAC’s judge(s) as to the winning entries shall be final and no appeal shall be entertained. The winning entries shall be adjudged based on, inter alia, the skill of the applicant.
  • No employees of Avantcard DAC or members of their families shall be entitled to participate in the Competition.
  • The prize winner takes part in the Competition at his or her own risk and to the fullest extent allowed by law. Avantcard accepts no liability or responsibility whatsoever with regard to: (i) the Kildare Village merchandise that is to be acquired in connection with the redemption or other use of the vouchers; (ii) any person’s dealings with Kildare Village in connection with the redemption or use of the vouchers; and (iii) any circumstances that are outside Avantcard DAC’s control with respect to the prize.
  • Participants agree to release and hold harmless the owner of Kildare Village and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of or participation in the Competition or receipt, use or misuse of the PRIZE.
