Valuers

Now that you have received your Approval in Principle you will need to have a valuation report completed on the property you are purchasing/re-mortgaging.

You can order a valuation online at any time from Valuation Management Services (VMS) at www.vmsireland.ie or by phone on +353 1 230 0133.

We have appointed VMS to manage a panel of valuers and to guide you through this process. You are responsible for the cost of the valuation report.

No responsibility is implied or accepted or warranty given by Avant Money for the value or condition of the property as outlined in the valuation report. The valuation report will remain the property of Avant Money and you are entitled to your own copy of the report.
